The Customer is the individual or legal entity that contracts the products marketed from the Online Store.

eCell Anti-Aging Technologies S.L. specializes in the distance sale of cutting-edge health improvement technologies.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a Customer has made a purchase decision based on this error, https://ecell.es/ will communicate this error to the Customer, and the customer will have the right to cancel his purchase at no cost to him.

It is thus exonerated from any liability for possible damages caused as a result of the unavailability of the online store. In these cases, eCell Anti-Aging Technologies S.L. will make its best efforts to notify 24 hours in advance of the interruption. https://ecell.es/ will not be responsible for the interruption, suspension, or termination of the online store service.
9. Schedules
https://ecell.es/ purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
10. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
The purchases made with https://ecell.es/ are subject to Spanish legislation. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the competent jurisdiction will be that established by Spanish legislation in its consumer and user law.
11. Nullity and inefficacy of the clauses
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared, wholly or partly, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, these general conditions surviving in all other respects, considering such provision wholly or partly not included.
