Uninstallation of Units: If, after a thorough and extended evaluation, you determine that there have been no noticeable improvements, you may proceed with removing the units from your water system.
Mandatory Observation Period: After removal, a 60 to 90-day observation period is required. This step is crucial to determine whether the absence of the units has any negative impact on your operations.
Post-Uninstallation Evaluation: It is essential to continue recording any changes in your processes during this time. This will allow you to clearly assess the effect of removing the units from your system. Maintaining detailed records is key to understanding the real impact of the uninstallation.

Approval Notification: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and the shipping address for the units.

Returning the Units
